How do I get started building a website?
SiteSparq works entirely through conversation with Claude or ChatGPT. There's a tutorial that walks you through everything from your first prompt to iterating on your finished site.
If you're already chatting with an AI agent that has SiteSparq enabled, simply ask:

The agent will provide you with a tutorial and can answer questions as you go.
Not in a chat yet?
That's it! The tutorial will walk you through building your first website, and since you're already in conversation with the AI, you can start creating right away.
Can I upload my own images and files?
⚠️ Important: You cannot use Claude's or ChatGPT's built-in file upload feature for your SiteSparq website. These file uploads are separate from SiteSparq and won't make your files available for your website.
Instead, tell Claude or ChatGPT that you have your own images or files, and they will set up a secure upload link specifically for your website. You'll be able to upload your content directly through this link, and large images are automatically compressed to optimize your website's loading speed.
Once you've finished uploading through the SiteSparq upload link, just let them know and they will check what files are available to use in your website.
What will my website address be?
Your website address will be https://<your-website-name>.sitesparq.<TLD>

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your monthly website hosting subscription whenever you want through our user interface. Your websites will be online until the end of your billing cycle.
